- Identity Verification (KYC): Government-issued ID, date of birth, address, Social Security Number or Tax ID, as required for investment compliance
- Financial Information: Bank account details, wallet addresses, investment amounts, and transaction history
- Contractor Information: Trade specialization, license numbers, insurance details, W-9 status, years of experience, and professional references
- Deal Information: Property details, addresses, financial projections, and descriptions submitted by Deal Finders
- Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, click patterns, and session duration
- Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address; precise location only if you enable geolocation for deal mapping
- Cookies: Session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics cookies
2.3 Blockchain Data
Transactions conducted on the Base blockchain (Coinbase L2) are publicly recorded. This includes wallet addresses, token transfers, and transaction hashes. Blockchain data is public by nature and cannot be deleted.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process investments, transactions, and payouts
- Verify your identity for regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)
- Match builders with construction projects
- Calculate Brix Scores and performance metrics

- Deal Participants: Limited information shared between investors, builders, and deal makers as necessary for deal execution

- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with session management

KYC documents are retained as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
